True Chek Hunting Beagles​

Casey Boy was the best hound I have ever owned. He was a hunter's dream: plenty of hunt and great checkwork. When he jumped a rabbit it was as good as in your game pouch- as long as Mr. Rabbit did not go into a hole. Casey would put it past you as many times as it took to shoot it. He was also a lot of fun when I was heavy into field trialing. He placed and won at both gundog brace and SPO field trails.His biggest accomplishment in field trialing was winning a class of 56 at a gundog brace trial at Atwood Beagle Club in Ohio. That was a great day! Casey was just one of those once in a lifetime hounds. Unfortunately, Casey passed at a very young age and I only bred with him a coulple of times. I am fortunate enough to have a grandson of Casey, True Chek Trubador and he will be one of the males that is the staple of our breeding program.
